What’s the structure of the event:
During this workshop there are group exercises and discussions, followed by some extremely useful techniques to stop stress before it gets chance to develop and finishes with a deep relaxation exercise to relax the entire body, calm and de-clutter the mind and allow all the information of the day to be stored neatly inside our minds.

The trainer on the course is Liam Dent, a neuro linguistic master practitioner, hypnotherapist and workshop leader.
